Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. frzn green peas
  • 2/3 c. minced onion
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 (4 ounce.) jar pimentos, liquid removed and diced
  • 1/3 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. minced celery
  • 2/3 c. minced green pepper
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 2/3 c. cracker crumbs, Saltine or possibly Ritz

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in skillet, saute/fry green pepper, onion and celery for 10 min. Turn into mixing bowl, add in peas, mushrooms, pimento, and Large eggs. Toss lightly. Add in soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 40 min. Serves 6-8.
