Receta Green Peas Sundal
Ingredients:
- Green Peas - 200 gms
- Carrot - 2 tsp, grated
- Coriander Leaves - few, chopped
- Coconut - 2 tsp, grated
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Dry roast and grind to a powder:
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
- Bengal Gram Dal - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Method:
1. Soak the peas for 2 hours and pressure cook until 2 whistles.
2. Remove, drain and keep aside.
3. Heat little oil in a pan.
4. Fry the mustard seeds till it starts to splutter.
5. Add the green peas, carrot, coconut and salt.
6. Mix well.
7. Add the ground powder and stir until well combined.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve at once.
