Ingredientes

  • 8 Chinese mushrooms, soaked in warm water for 30 min, remove stems, and cut them into quarters
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 lg. green peppers, diced
  • 4 tbsp. vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp. low salt soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • Freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Stir fry mushrooms, garlic, and green peppers with stock in non-stick frying pan for 3 min. Mix soy sauce and corn flour. Add in to frying pan and simmer for 2 min. Season with pepper. Serve warm.
