Green Sundakkai Poriyal Recipe
Ingredients:
Green Sundakkai – 200 gms
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- Urad Dal – 1 tsp
- Coconut – 4 tsp
- Onions – 1 cup, finely chopped
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
2. Saute the green sundakkais for a minute or two.
3. Add little water and salt.
4. Simmer until tender and drain excess water.
5. In another pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
6. Add the mustard seeds and urad dal for 45 seconds.
7. Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes.
8. Add the boiled sundakkais, coconut and stir well.
9. Cook for a minute or two.
