Receta Greens And Red Wine Mustard Vinaigrette

- Dry greens thoroughly. Mash garlic, extra virgin olive oil and salt with a fork. Let sit 3 min. Remove garlic. Add in mustard, red wine and lemon juice. Whisk till well blended. Whisk in chicken stock. Add in grnd black pepper.
- Makes2/3 c.. Pour 1/3 c. onto greens and toss well. Add in more vinaigrette if necessary.
- NOTES : Note this is a low calorie dish. There are only 2.5 grams of fat
