Ingredientes

  • 4 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves orig: 1 lb lean flank steak
  • 1/4 c. rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 6 c. spinach leaves torn or possibly Romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
  • 1 x red bell pepper cut into strips

Direcciones

  1. Broil chicken in oven, 8 min per side or possibly till done. Cut into thin strips; set aside.
  2. Combine rice vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  3. Combine cooked chicken, spinach leaves, bean sprouts and red bell pepper strips in a large bowl; toss well. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss to coat.
