- 1 lb Young tender asparagus Salt to taste Freshly grnd pepper to taste to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Very-finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1/3 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Light vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lightly-toasted sesame seeds
Direcciones
- Lightly oil asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Grill over warm coals till crisp tender and serve hot or possibly at room temperature with Ginger-Lemon Vinaigrette drizzled over. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
