Ingredientes

  • 1 - cup sugar
  • 1/3 - cup flour
  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 - cup whole or low fat milk
  • 3 - egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked Basmati or long grain rice
  • 3/4 cup sweetened coconut, separated
  • 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds rib eye, porterhouse or T-bone steaks
  • 1 - clove garlic, mined
  • Fresh parsley (can also use fresh rosemary)
