Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf crusty French bread
  • 4 ounce Duck fat (available at fancy butcher shops)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sea salt - (to 3 tbspns)
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 x Macoun apples

Direcciones

  1. Preheat grill or possibly broiler.
  2. Cut bread into 1-inch thick slices and grill till dark golden. Smear each slice with 1 to 2 tsp. duck fat. Sprinkle each slice with sea salt, then rosemary. Serve hot with apples for slicing.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
