Grilled Chicken Appetizer Roll Ups

Ingredientes

  • 4 x Boneless, skinless chicken Breasts (about 1 lb) Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 med Clove garlic, chopped
  • 8 ounce Port wine or possibly sharp cheddar Cool pack cheese food, Softened
  • 8 x Flour tortillas
  • 1/3 c. Minced green onions
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Salt and pepper chicken.
  2. Combine oil, lime juice and garlic; marinate chicken 30 min or possibly longer. Remove from marinade. Grill or possibly barbecue chicken 10 to 12 min, turning once, till chicken is just cooked thouugh (or possibly saute/fry in nonstick skillet 10 to 12 min). Divide cheese in half; reserve one half.
  3. To make each roll-up, spread 1 Tbsp. cheese on lower third of tortilla. Lay 1 chicken strip across; sprinkle with a little green onion.
  4. Mix in sides of tortillas; roll up tightly. Wrap in foil (can be made ahead and refrigerated). To serve, hot on grill or possibly barbecue for 8 to 10 min. (Or possibly hot in oven at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min.) Meanwhile, combine reserve softened cheese and lowfat sour cream.
  5. Remove roll-ups from foil; cut in half diagonally. Serve with cheese sauce for dipping or possibly salsa.
