  • 1 Tbsp. FINELY Minced FRESH BASIL Or possibly 1 1/2 TS Dry BASIL
  • 1 Tbsp. FINELY Minced FRESH OREGANO Or possibly 1 1/2 TS Dry SALT AND PEPPER
  • 1 Tbsp. FINELY Minced MINT Or possibly
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry
  • 8 sm SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES (ABOUT 2#)

  1. IN LARGE SHALLOW BOWL Or possibly BAKING DISH, COMBINE GARLIC, WINE, Extra virgin olive oil, HERBS AND SALT AND PEPPER. Add in CHICKEN, COATING WELL WITH MARINADE. COVER AND Chill 2 TO 4 Hours., TURNING OCCASIONALLY. PREPARE OUTDOOR GRILL FOR COOKING Or possibly PREHEAT BROILER. PLACE CHICKEN ON COOKING SURFACE OF GRILL Or possibly BROILER PAN. GRILL Or possibly BROIL ABOUT 3 Minutes. ON EACH SIDE Or possibly Till NO LONGER PINK IN CENTER. LET STAND 3 TO 5 Minutes. BEFORE SLICING. TO SERVE, CUT EACH BREAST DIAGONALLY INTO THIN SLICES. ARRANGE ON PLATE AND GARNISH WITH LETTUCE.
