Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Grnd Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Garlic Clove Crushed
  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves Cut into 1 inch strips Vegetable Cooking Spray
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat Buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp. Grated Romano Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Anchovy Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Garlic Clove Chopped
  • 12 c. Romaine Lettuce Leaves Sliced
  • 2 c. Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. Plain Croutons

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well, and set aside.
  2. Prepare grill or possibly broiler. Place chicken strips on grill rack or possibly broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook 5 min on each side or possibly till chicken is done.
  3. Combine buttermilk and next 6 ingredients (buttermilk through garlic) in a large bowl; stir well. Add in romaine salad, tomatoes, and croutons; toss gently to coat. Spoon salad mix onto each of 4 plates and top with chicken strips.
