Ingredientes

  • 3 x Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 x Green onions, minced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 4 c. Fusilli pasta
  • 1 x Sweet yellow pepper,minced
  • 1 x Sweet green pepper, minced
  • 2 x Tomatoes, seeded and minced
  • 1/3 c. Fresh basil, minced

Direcciones

  1. Place chickin in shallow dish. Whisk together oil, vinegar, water, mustard, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar; remove 2 tb and brush over chicken.
  2. Let stand for 10 min.
  3. Place chicken on greased grill over medium-high heat; cook, turning once, for 8-10 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink inside. Slice diagonally into thin strips.
  4. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8 min or possibly till tender but hard. Drain and refresh under cool water.
  5. In bowl, combine pasta, chicken, peppers, tomatoes and basil; toss with remaining dressing.
