Grilled Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredientes

  • 4 x skinned boned chicken breast halves Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 tsp Creole seasoning see * Note
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream Lettuce leaves
  • 8 x tomato slices
  • 4 x sourdough rolls split

Direcciones

  1. Note: Blackened seasoning may be substituted for Creole seasoning.
  2. Coat chicken with cooking spray; sprinkle with Creole seasoning. GRILL chicken, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 7 min on each side or possibly till done. Cold slightly; coarsely chop.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream; stir in chicken. Cover and chill, if you like.
  4. Place lettuce and 2 tomato slices on bottom half of each roll. Top proportionately with chicken mix; cover with tops of rolls.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
