Ingredientes

  • 8 x cobs corn, husks intact
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Prepare Tarragon Butter: In small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix till well blended. Roll into log using wax pepper. Cover and chill. For best results, it should be prepared early in the day.
  2. Cook corn on warm grill about 15 min, turning every 5 min. Slice butter into 1/4-inch circles and serve with warm corn.
