  • 12 x fresh corn ears shucked Lowfat milk for soaking
  • 12 slc thinly-sliced bacon

Direcciones

  1. Heat a barbecue or possibly stovetop grill, or possibly alternatively, preheat broiler. In a large bowl cover corn with lowfat milk and leave to soak 20 min.
  2. Wrap bacon in a spiral around each ear of corn, lengthwise, stretching bacon to cover corn from tip to bottom; secure bacon at both ends with toothpicks. Place corn on grill and cook, turning occasionally, till corn is tender. Kernels should brown lightly but not blacken. Throw away bacon slices before serving.
  3. This recipe yields 12 servings.
