Ingredientes

  • 2 x Belgian endive
  • 1 lrg navel orange
  • 1 Tbsp. orange, zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil salt, to taste white pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Squeeze 1 tbsp. orange juiceWhisk orange juice, 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, zest and salt and pepper.
  2. Halve endive lengthwise.
  3. Brush with remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on each side for about 5-6 min.
  4. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
