Ingredientes

  • 4 x Catfish, (5-8 ounce.) fillets
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard Vegetable oil Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the grill. Coat each side of catfish with 3/4 Tbsp. mustard.
  2. Let stand 30 min or possibly more. Salt and pepper to taste. If using presoaked wood chips or possibly other flavoring, sprinkle them over warm coals or possibly lava rocks.
  3. Brush the grid lightly with oil. Place the fish fillets in an oiled basket and grill over warm or possibly high heat 3-5 min per side. Serve immediately.
