Ingredientes

  • 15 ounce teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 lb flank steak

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shallow pan and marinate, covered, for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. (For best results, marinate the flank steak overnight in the refrigerator.)
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the flank steak directly onto the warm grill. Cook to desired doneness (8 to 10 min for rare, 10 to 12 min for medium, 12 to 15 min for well), turning the steak periodically to avoid burning.
