Ingredientes

  • 8 x 1 ounce. pineapple chunks
  • 8 x 1 ounce. honey dew chunks
  • 8 x 1 ounce. cantaloupe chunks
  • 8 lrg Strawberries
  • 8 x Bamboo skewers
  • 2 ounce Kirsch, (cherry brandy)
  • 2 Tbsp. Salad oil
  • 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 c. Salad oil
  • 2 tsp Poppy seeds

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil in Cuisinart. Blend at high speed.
  2. Slowly add in oil to emulsify. Store in sealed container till ready to serve.
  3. If dressing separates shake vigorously to mix.
  4. Place 1 piece each fruit on skewer. Soak in Kirsch for 1 hour. Brush light amount of oil on kabobs. Grill for 1 minute on each side. Remove and top with poppy seed dressing. Serve immediately.
