Receta Grilled Fruit Loaf With Warm Mixed Berries

- Divide the fruits proportionately between 4 aluminium foil parcels. Add in 2 tsp. of sugar to each parcel. Place the parcels on the barbecue to hot through.
- Put 4 slices of the fruit loaf on the barbecue and grill quickly on each side till toasted.
- To serve, place one slice of fruit loaf on each plate and pour the warmed fruits on top. Dust with icing sugar, decorate with a mint leaf and serve with mascarpone.
- NOTES : A simple dessert bursting with fruity flavours. Fresh berries are best, but frzn fruits will do just as well.
