Grilled Halibut With Lemon Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. No-salt-added chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Dry rosemary, crushed
  • 8 x Halibut fillets, (6-oz) Vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, salt, oregano, and rosemary; set sauce aside, and keep hot.
  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Place fillets on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 6 min on each side or possibly till the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  4. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 fillet and 2 Tbsp. sauce).
  5. Serving Ideas : Serve with hot sauce.
