  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh thyme or possibly 1 tsp dry
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Chopped fresh rosemary Or possibly
  • 1/4 tsp Dry, crumbled
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper

  1. Thoroughly combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Shape beef mix into 8 1-inch thick patties. Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour or possibly up to 8 hrs. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) Place burgers on grill. Cover grill and cook burgers to desired doneness, about 4 min for medium rare.
