Ingredientes

  • 1 piece lemon fish, about 7 oz Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Peanut oil
  • 1 pch Fresh minced ginger
  • 1 pch Fresh minced garlic
  • 4 ounce Fresh spinach, picked and cleaned Salt and pepper
  • 8 ounce Tomato juice
  • 3 x Sorrel leaves rough minced, (up to 4)
  • 1/2 x Yellow onion diced
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 2 whl black peppercorns

Direcciones

  1. For fish:Season with all ingredients. Mark on warm grill and finish in 350 degree oven.
  2. Spinach:In warm pan, add in both oils and ginger and stir for 30 seconds. Add in garlic, stir once and immediately add in spinach to pan stirring constantly till wilted, then season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan straining off any excess liquid, and reserve hot.
  3. Broth:Heat all ingredients in a sauce pot over low heat for 15 min. Strain through fine sieve leaving behind tomato broth.
  4. Yield: 1 serving
