Ingredientes

  • 4 x Zucchini and/or possibly yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 x Spanish onion, cut into large chunks
  • 1 pkt Lipton Recipe Secrets Italian Herb with Tomato Soup Mix
  • 1/4 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 8 ounce Uncooked penne, cooked and liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. Diced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar or possibly white vinegar

Direcciones

  1. On broiler pan, arrange zucchini and onion. Brush with Italian Herb with Tomato Soup Mix blended with oil. Grill or possibly broil 5 min or possibly till golden brown and crisp-tender. In bowl, toss cooked pasta, vegetables, roasted peppers and vinegar. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
  2. Makes 4 main dish or possibly 8 sidedish servings.
