Grilled Pear Arugula Salad

Ingredientes

  • 3 x pears, quartered with seeds and cores removed
  • 1 c. walnuts, toasted (250ml)
  • 3 Tbsp. honey (45ml)
  • 1 tsp grnd pepper (5ml)
  • 2 c. Arugula, cleaned with stems removed (500 ml)
  • 1/4 c. Radicchio, cleaned and minced (62ml)
  • 1 c. red lettuce, cleaned and torn (250ml)
  • 1/4 lb Cambozola Cheese cut into 1 inch thick strips Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. walnut oil (30ml)
  • 6 Tbsp. sherry vinegar (90ml)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (15ml)
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat grill to medium heatToss pears in syrup and place on the grill till golden on both sides.
  2. Place arugula into a bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Toss. Add in toasted walnuts, cheese and grill pears.
  3. Dressing:Combine the dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly.
