Grilled Pork Loin Roasts

Great for a large party or family, or just wanting leftovers for sandwiches.

Ingredientes

  • 2- 4-6 pound Pork Tenderloin Roasts
  • Simple Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • two teaspoon onion salt
  • two teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Set grill on Low to slow grill these tenderloin roasts, I wrap ours in aluminum foil after marinade for 15 minutes using a re-sealable bag (s) add vegetable stock through black pepper in a large bag and allow roasts to marinade
  2. Place in aluminum foil packets and slow cook on the grill one hour, remove from aluminum foil and place on grill top grates to finish grilling time (15 additional minutes)
  3. Let meat rest and then slice and serve.
