  • red potatoes extra virgin olive oil spray Spike seasoning minced rosemary garlic pwdr

  1. In the summer I love to grill potatoes along with my fish or possibly chicken. I take a square of heavy-duty foil, spray it with Extra virgin olive oil Pam, add in small red skins (with the skin on) and spray them with the Pam. I sprinkle on Spike seasoning, minced rosemary and garlic pwdr. Wrap them up tightly and throw them on the grill for 20 mins, flipping them over after the first 10 mins. Of course, it depends on how large the potatoes are and how warm the grill is. The outsides of the potatoes are crispy and the insides are soft and creamy.
