Receta Grilled Prawns With Lemon Grass And Basil Butter

- Thread the prawns on to skewers that will make them easier to turn.
- Brush them with extra virgin olive oil.
- Slice the lemon grass into thin shreds and tear the basil leaves into small pcs.
- Mix the two together and add in them to the butter.
- Season with a little salt then leave to soften and heat in a small saucepan over a low heat.
- Grill the prawns for 23 min on each side.
- To serve add in the lemon juice to the butter.
- Dip the prawns in the melted butter scooping up a few basil leaves as you do so peeling and dipping as you go.
