Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 x rock lobster tails - (10 ounce ea) thawed

Direcciones

  1. Split rock tails lengthwise with a large knife. Mix seasoning with oil and lemon juice. Brush meat side of tail with marinade.
  2. Pre-heat grill and place rock tails meat-side down and grill 5 to 6 min till well scored. Turn over lobster and cook another 6 min, brushing often with remaining marinade.
  3. Lobster is done when it is opaque and hard to the touch.
  4. This recipe yields 2 servings.
  5. Suggested Wine: Beverage suggestion: Sauvignon Blanc, Johannisberg Riesling
  6. NOTES : Chef's Tip - Serve with drawn butter and fresh lemon, or possibly for an interesting twist, roasted garlic can be added to butter.
