Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar - (packed)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 3 sm romaine lettuce heads halved lengthwise

Direcciones

  1. In a blender or possibly food processor process soy sauce, sesame oil, wine, brown sugar, and ginger till thoroughly combined.
  2. Brush lettuce with marinade. Place lettuce, cut-sides down, in center of cooking grate. Grill 5 to 7 min, turning and brushing with marinade halfway through grilling time.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
