Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Pencil asparagus cut 3" long
  • 1 lb Parsnips cut 1/4" x 3" strips
  • 1 lb Carrots cut 1/4" x 3" strips
  • 1 lb Fennel cut 1/4" x 1" strips
  • 1 lb Beets cut 1/4" x 1" strips
  • 1 c. Chopped country ham Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Allspice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine vegetables, lightly oil and season with salt, pepper and allspice. Grill till cooked. Serve warm.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
