Ingredientes
1 lb Pencil asparagus cut 3" long
1 lb Parsnips cut 1/4" x 3" strips
1 lb Carrots cut 1/4" x 3" strips
1 lb Fennel cut 1/4" x 1" strips
1 lb Beets cut 1/4" x 1" strips
1 c. Chopped country ham Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. Allspice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
In a large mixing bowl combine vegetables, lightly oil and season with salt, pepper and allspice. Grill till cooked. Serve warm.
