Ingredientes

  • 1 1/8 kg Sea bass, (2 1/2 lb)
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh oregano Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Clean and de-scale the sea bass, and season with pepper.
  2. Heat the grill to moderately warm. Place the fish in a lightly oiled grill pan and cook for 20-25 min, turning halfway through cooking.
  3. Transfer the fish to a warmed serving dish.
  4. Pour over the lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Serve the fish warm with boiled new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or possibly leave to cold and serve cool with a salad.
