Grilled Sesame Chicken Breast

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 x Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a shallow dish. Mix well. Add in chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hrs. Remove chicken from marinate. Put the marinade aside.
  2. (I used a nonstick stove top grill...it is round and sits over the gas (or possibly electric) burner on the stove - Reggie)
  3. Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium-warm coals for 15" from medium-warm for 15 min. Turn and baste frequently with reserve marinade.
  4. Serves 4.
  5. NOTES : This was really quite good. Fairly quick to prepare.
