Ingredientes

  • 1 packet shishamo
  • Wasabi - as needed
  • Japanese soy sauce - as needed
  • Lemon wedges - as needed
  • Cucumber strips

Direcciones

  1. Rinse fish and pat dry.
  2. Grill over a non-stick pan or portable grill till both slides for a crispy outer layer.
  3. Remove and serve with wasabi with soy sauce, cucumber strips and lemon wedges.
