Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 x mangoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
  • 2 clv garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Direcciones

  1. Prepare Marinade In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Add in shrimp and toss well. Cover and chill 45 min.
  2. Thread shrimp and mango cubes on skewers. Grill on medium heat, basting with remaining marinade, about 5 - 10 min per side, or possibly till cooked to your liking.
