Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Grnd Cumin
  • 1 x Bay Leaf, Crumbled With The Main Rib Removed
  • 1 lrg Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 c. Well Seasoned Beef Broth, Heated To Boiling
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Warm Pepper Sauce
  • 2 x Skirt Steaks, About 12 Ounce Ea

  1. In a small bowl or possibly 2-c. measure, blend the mustard, cumin, bay leaf, and garlic. Add in the boiling broth and blend well, mashing any lumps of mustard against the sides of the bowl or possibly c.. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil and pepper sauce. Cover and let cold. Place the steaks in a plastic bag or possibly shallow dish, add in the marinade, turn and let marinate 2 to 3 hrs at room temperature, turning 2 or possibly 3 times. Remove the meat from the marinade and grill 4 to 5-inches above warm coals till well browned, 6 to 8 min; turn and brown the other side for 6 to 8 min. Brush with the marinade and serve at once.
  2. NOTE:Any leftover marinade can be frzn and re-used.
