Ingredientes

  • 12 x soft-shell crabs cleaned
  • 1/2 c. vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tobasco sauce

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl combine vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, nutmeg, soy and Tobasco sauces.
  2. Brush both sides of the soft-shell crabs with the sauce. Place on a moderately-warm grill about 4 inches from the heat source. Cook till lightly browned on one side, about 5 to 6 min. Turn and cook the other side.
  3. Serve hot with lemon and parsley for garnish if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
