Receta Grilled Soft Shell Crabs

- In a small bowl combine vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, nutmeg, soy and Tobasco sauces.
- Brush both sides of the soft-shell crabs with the sauce. Place on a moderately-warm grill about 4 inches from the heat source. Cook till lightly browned on one side, about 5 to 6 min. Turn and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with lemon and parsley for garnish if you like.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
