Receta Grilled Sourdough Cheddar Melt

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp butter or possibly 1 stick margarine Cooking spray
- 2 c. coarsely minced onion
- 1 lb grnd round
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 x ( 3/(4-oz) slices 2 percent reduced-fat processed sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 x (1 1/(2-oz) slices sourdough or possibly white bread

- Over medium-high heat heat 1 tsp. butter in large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray. Add in onion and cook 4 min or possibly till golden, stirring frequently. Reduce heat. Cook 10 min or possibly till tender, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
- Preheat broiler. Combine beef, pepper and salt in a medium bowl. Divide beef mix into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/4 inch thick oval patty. Place patties on broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 4 min on each side or possibly till done.
- Place 1 cheese slice over each of 4 bread slices. Top each slice with 1 patty and 3 Tbsp. onion mix. Cover with remaining bread slices. Over medium heat, heat 1/2 tsp. butter in pan coated with cooking spray; add in 2 sandwiches to pan. Cook 4 min on each side or possibly till browned and cheese melts. Repeat procedure with 1/2 tsp. butter and remaining sandwiches.
