Grilled Squash

Inspired by my neighbors Katie & Jack. A neighborhood summer favorite.

Ingredientes

  • 6 medium yellow squash
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • black pepper, garlic powder, and sea salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Slice each yellow squash lengthwise 2 - 3 times. You want each slice to be fairly thick so it will not fall apart on the grill.
  2. Lay slices on a plate and coat well on all sides with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Place seasoned slices directly on hot grill over medium heat & grill 5 - 6 minutes or until tender, flipping once halfway through cooking time.
