Grilled Swordfish With Sundried Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 x 8 ounces swordfish steaks 1 inch thick
  • 3 tsp fresh rosemary minced
  • 2 x shallots chopped
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine rosemary, shallots, wine, lemon juice and pepper in shallow dish.
  2. Add in fish and turn to coat both sides with marinade. Cover with plastic and chill.
  3. Serve with "Sundried Tomato Sauce" (See recipe).
  4. Grill fish and top with sundried tomato sauce.
