Receta Grilled Swordfish With Sundried Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 x 8 ounces swordfish steaks 1 inch thick
- 3 tsp fresh rosemary minced
- 2 x shallots chopped
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- Combine rosemary, shallots, wine, lemon juice and pepper in shallow dish.
- Add in fish and turn to coat both sides with marinade. Cover with plastic and chill.
- Serve with "Sundried Tomato Sauce" (See recipe).
- Grill fish and top with sundried tomato sauce.
