Ingredientes

  • 4 x Swordfish steaks (6 ounce ea)
  • 1 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Walnut oil
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Brush fish with butter. Grill in broiler 4 min each side. Sauce: Blend together mustard, lemon juice, salt. pepper & oils thoroughly.
  2. Brush fish with sauce & serve.
