Ingredientes
4 x Swordfish steaks (6 ounce ea)
1 Tbsp. Melted butter
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 pch Salt
1/4 tsp Fresh cracked pepper
2 Tbsp. Walnut oil
1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
Brush fish with butter. Grill in broiler 4 min each side. Sauce: Blend together mustard, lemon juice, salt. pepper & oils thoroughly.
Brush fish with sauce & serve.
