Grilled T Bone Steak

Ingredientes

  • 4 x Tablespoons-Bone steaks
  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar (or possibly to taste) pepper garlic pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar onion pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Let steak marinade for at least 2 hrs (or possibly overnight) before broiling or possibly grilling.
  2. The cut of steak, seasonings used and method of cooking, determine how tender/tough your steak will be when cooked. For me, I prefer bone-in rib steaks (rib-eye with bone), Tablespoons-bone steak, and chuck steak(on grill).
  3. Sirloin and round steak usually cook up very dry and and tough.
  4. I have found which if you let the meat get to room temperature before cooking helps.
