Grilled Tuna With A Balsamic Vinegar Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 4 x one-inch-thick tuna steaks Vegetable oil for brushing tuna
  • 1 x salt and pepper for season
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar - (60ml)
  • 1/4 c. water - (60ml)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice - (30ml)
  • 4 tsp packed light brown sugar - (20ml Fresh chives for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Season tuna with salt and pepper and brush with oil, place on hot grill and cook for 3 to 4 min, per side or possibly till tuna is cooked through.
  2. Combine balsamic, water, lemon juice and brown sugar in a saucepot to reduce and thicken.
  3. Plate tuna pcs on to separate serving plates and spoon sauce over each piece and garnish with fresh chives.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
