Grilled Tuna With Peach And Onion Relish

Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. canned peach juice (45ml)
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice (45ml)
  • 2 clv garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, minced (45ml)
  • 1 x medium red onion, finely minced
  • 1 x can peaches, minced
  • 1 x red bell pepper, seeded and finely minced
  • 1 x salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 4 x Tuna steaks

Direcciones

  1. In a medium size bowl mix peaches, mint and lime. Add in garlic, red onion, bell peppers and mix. Add in peach juice, salt, pepper and mix.
  2. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  3. Pre-heat the grill to high heat.
  4. Season the tuna with oil, salt and pepper. Place tuna onto oiled grill. Cook the steaks for approximately 3 1/2 to 5 min per side.
  5. Remove tuna from the grill and serve with onion relish.
  6. Yield: 4 servings
