Grilled Turkey Tenderloins With Pineapple Salsa

Ingredientes

  • 4 x turkey, breast, tenderloins, about 1" thick
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon, juice
  • 1/2 c. minced onion Pineapple Salsa
  • 1 med pineapple, skin removed
  • 1 med red onion, minced
  • 2 x jalapeno pepper, seeded, and, chopped
  • 1 x garlic, clove, chopped
  • 1/2 c. fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 tsp sugar

Direcciones

  1. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and onion and add in turkey to coat. Marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Grill turkey for 5 min per side.
  4. Pineapple Salsa:Slice pineapple into 3/4 " rounds. Brush with extra virgin olive oil and grill on high heat till browned, about 10 min. Cold and dice.
  5. Combine pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, garlic , cilantro, sugar and salt. Marinate for 2 hrs.
