Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Water, boiling
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 whl egg yolks
  • 3 whl egg whites
  • 1 stk garlic cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Grits

Direcciones

  1. Add in 1/2 c. grits to boiling water and salt. Cook till it begins to thicken.
  2. Beat egg yolks and egg whites separately. Stir in cut up cheese and yolks while grits are still warm. Pour into a casserole.
  3. Mix in stiff egg whites and bake in oven till done.
