Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 can liquid removed mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry grnd beef and onion. Drain fat. Add in brown gravy mix and water. Bring to a boil; add in mushrooms. Lower heat to simmer; add in lowfat sour cream. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
