1/2 pound grnd beef
1 med. onion, minced
1 green pepper, minced
1-2 stalks celery, diced
3/4 c. rice
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Salt substitute
Direcciones
Brown beef. Add in rest of ingredients. Cover and cook slowly 35-45 min. Serves 2.
